Position Summary
The Director of Warehouse Management will lead all operations for The Spice & Tea Exchange's 90,000-square-foot distribution and production campus. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this executive leader will drive operational excellence, build high-performing teams, develop scalable systems, and prepare the organization for significant future growth.
This role oversees warehouse operations, production planning, inventory management, fulfillment, logistics, automation, safety, and continuous improvement while serving as a strategic member of the executive leadership team.

· Future wholesale and 3PL operational expansion
What Success Looks Like
· Build a world-class distribution operation
· Improve inventory accuracy and inventory turns
· Increase operational throughput and efficiency
· Develop scalable production planning processes
· Improve service levels for franchisees and customers
· Implement operational technologies that improve productivity
· Build a leadership team capable of supporting rapid company growth
· Position the facility for future wholesale and 3PL opportunities
What We're Looking For
· 10+ years leading large distribution or manufacturing operations
· Executive leadership experience with multi-department responsibility
· Strong financial and P&L management skills
· Warehouse automation and WMS experience
· Experience building KPIs and operational dashboards
· Strong people leadership and coaching skills
· Food manufacturing or consumer products experience preferred
· Experience with S&OP, production planning, or inventory optimization preferred
· Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience preferred
