This role is responsible for paid media strategy and execution across platforms like Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok, while also leading email and SMS lifecycle programs that nurture engagement and retention.
Sitting at the intersection of analytics and creative, this role works closely with our content and insights teams to continually test, optimize, and scale the campaigns that connect guests to our world of spices and teas. Every initiative is guided by a shared goal: creating and sharing the experience of a more flavorful life through compelling, high-performing digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & ROAS Optimization

· Plan, test, and optimize full-funnel ad campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, and LTV across channels.
· Proactively manage daily/weekly budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) goals.
· Analyze performance by channel, campaign, creative, and audience segment—then translate that into actionable testing and optimization plans.
· Develop audience strategies including lookalikes, retargeting, and interest-based segmentation.
· Collaborate with creative and content teams to brief high-performing ad assets and messaging variations based on performance data.
· Build reporting dashboards and performance insights in partnership with our eCommerce Insights Manager.
Email & SMS Marketing
· Strategize, build, and execute high-performing email and SMS campaigns that support sales, new product launches, and customer retention.
· Leverage personalization, segmentation, A/B testing, and automation tools (Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Attentive, or similar) to increase conversion and engagement.
· Analyze key lifecycle KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion, unsubscribes) and iterate accordingly.
· Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand voice and seasonal promotions.
eCommerce & Marketing Collaboration
· Support digital execution for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
· Coordinate campaign timing, content flow, and channel distribution using Monday.com and other planning tools.
· Develop and refine customer journeys across channels (acquisition to retention) and help identify gaps or drop-off points.
· Lead A/B testing and continuous improvement across creative, messaging, CTA, landing pages, and offer structures.
· Identify and test emerging platforms, ad formats, and acquisition channels to diversify the media mix.
Requirements Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar.
· 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth—ideally with a B2C, eCommerce, or food/beverage brand.
· 2-3 years of experience working in an Agency environment.
· Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and at least one additional platform like TikTok, Pinterest, or YouTube.
· Proven success hitting and exceeding ROAS, CAC, and LTV targets.
· Deep understanding of media buying principles, attribution models (first click, last click, blended), and funnel KPIs.
· Hands-on experience with email/SMS tools like Klaviyo, Hubspot or Dotdigital.
· Experience with testing frameworks, creative iteration, and high-volume campaign management.
· Comfortable working in analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Shopify Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets).
· Familiar with project management tools like Monday.com; strong communicator and collaborator.
· Shopify experience is a plus.
