Location: St. Augustine, FL, Onsite  
Monday-Friday, 40 hrs., Full-Time 
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly 
Reports To: Marketing Manager 
 
Essential Job Duties: 
  • Monitor email support tickets and requests and respond to customer within 8 business hours 
  • Develop and distribute marketing toolkits, guidelines, and best practices to help franchisees effectively market their stores. 
  • Coordinate with external vendors (FedEx) and partners to provide franchisees with marketing materials and services as needed. 
  • Work closely with the corporate marketing team to align local initiatives with national campaigns and strategies. 
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule. 
  • Collaborate with designers and vendors to create marketing materials. 
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns for stores, including the development of mailing lists. 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery 
  • Provide clerical and administrative support for the marketing, product, and creative team members as needed 
     
Minimum Requirements:  
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field.  
  • 2-5 years of experience in a marketing administrative or coordinator role, preferably with experience in consumer product goods retail environments.  
  • Proficiency in digital and print marketing, email marketing tools and social media platforms. 
  • Excellent administrative, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with franchisees.  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, email and social media management platforms. 
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting to track campaign performance and ROI. 
  • Excellent approach to customer service, teamwork, collaboration, and willingness to learn.  
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic retail industry landscape.   
 
Physical Requirements to perform the essential functions of this job: 
 
 
  • Utilize hands and fingers to perform job duties, which may include operating computers, handling of material, or typing. 
  • Ability to move up to 30 lbs. throughout the office and warehouse.  
  • Capacity for visual acuity to monitor processes, examine materials, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.  
  • Ability to visually verify color, design, and patterns.  
  • Communicate in English utilizing both written and oral methods including the use of speech and hearing to communicate effectively with team members, clients, customers, and the ability to engage in verbal discussions and listen attentively. 
  • Perform various physical tasks that may require standing, walking, lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching and maneuvering within the workspace. 
  • Consistently work around spices; must not be sensitive to various scents and aromas.
